WHAT IS RICH HONEY MONTHLY?

Rich Honey Monthly is a subscription service that provides premium apparel and leather goods made in the U.S.A.

We also offer our tees and accessories in our online shop if you would like to buy our items without committing to a monthly subscription.


PURCHASING

Do I have to be a subscriber to purchase from the shop?
No. You can purchase any of the products from the shop as a guest (for retail prices) or as a member (for member prices).

 

MEMBERSHIP

What's the difference between members and subscribers?
Members can purchase the items at our online shop at the exclusive member rates shown for each product. Members are only charged for what they select and add to their cart. Subscribers can also purchase from the shop anytime and get the same rates as members. In addition, subscribers get a monthly box of our premium essentials for a recurring price every month.

Do I have to be a member to purchase from the shop?
You can checkout as a guest when purchasing from the shop if you are not a member. However, guests do not have the promotional offers and rates that we give to our members.

Will I get charged monthly as a member?
No, membership is free. Signing up for a membership allows you to purchase items from our online shop anytime at member-exclusive prices

I'm currently a member but I want to subscribe to your monthly box now. How do I do that?
To become a subscriber, simply click subscribe on our home page or any of our product pages and fill out the form to upgrade from a membership to a subscription.

 

SUBSCRIPTION

Can I still make single purchases from the shop if I am subscribed to the monthly box?
Yes. Subscribers still have the same perks as members. The only difference is that subscribers receive a box of our premium essentials every month.

How does the subscription work?
By subscribing to our monthly box, you will receive our premium tees and leather goods every month (or however often you want). To start your subscription, click Subscribe on our homepage or product pages. After placing your order, you will receive your package within 15 business days. After the first month, you will be charged for your monthly subscription on the 15th and receive your package on the 25th every month.

Is there a subscription box for women?
We currently only offer a subscription box for men, but we are working on offering a subscription box for women in the near future. We will also be offering women's products in our online shop soon.


Can I pause my subscription?
You may pause your subscription anytime when you login and visit your account page. This should be done no later than the 5th of the month before you are billed for your next package in order for the pause to be effective in a timely fashion. Once your request has been granted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Rich Honey Monthly. Your subscription will automatically resume the following month unless you choose to pause it again before you are billed for the next package.


How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription anytime when you login and visit your account page. This should be done no later than the 5th of the month before you are billed for your next package in order for the cancellation to be effective in a timely fashion. Once your request has been granted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Rich Honey Monthly.

 

BILLING

How does billing work for one-time purchases?
You will only be billed one time at checkout for purchases from our online shop. Making a one-time purchase from the shop means that you are not a subscriber and you will not be billed monthly or receive our monthly box.


How does billing work for subscriptions?
You will be billed right after you enter your payment information and check out with your chosen plan. After the first month's payment, this billing will recur on the 15th of every month until you pause or cancel your subscription. You will also be billed for additional purchases you make at our online shop. This is a one-time payment per transaction.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Can I get a refund?
We currently do not offer refunds, but you can contact us to process an exchange if there is an issue with the size of your shirt.


Can I return my items?
We currently do not process returns, but we will exchange unused items if there is an issue with sizing.

 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
We are currently offering free shipping within the U.S.A. for a limited time.


When will I receive my package?
Once you submit your order, we will ship your package within 15 business days.


Can I track my package?
Yes. If you would like to track your package, send an e-mail to hello@richhoneymonthly.com to request your package’s tracking number.


Do you ship internationally?
As of now, Rich Honey Monthly only ships to U.S. residents, although we are open to the idea of shipping internationally in the future. Let us know what country you are from in our contact form and we’ll let you know when shipping to your country is available.
